Great company with great benefits

Pros

Very rewarding work and CEO is an incredible human being. Pay isn't super competitive, but then again it is a non profit. Benefits are phenominal.

Cons

Lots of meetings can make it hard to get your work done at times, which affects work/life balance. As a company though, they do put thought into work/life balance and have taken/are taking steps to improve.

Pros

Ability to work hybrid, decent pay for a non profit, brilliant and supportive co workers

Cons

Leadership has grossly lost site of the mission. They do not uphold the core values they preach so adamantly to ground staff and students. Their focus unfortunately has become less about the mission and the work and more about the numbers and the money. They have lost the humanity that once made this organization so special. Disappointing and heartbreaking.

Great mission, poor staff and disingenuous leadership

Pros

Great mission! Flexible work hours! Great office setting. HR communication was good for whatever I needed.

Cons

Poor management, staff, leadership. I really appreciated their mission, but the actual staff that worked at my site were horrible. They push numbers so much and it’s so many staffing running around acting like they are doing stuff but in reality, they are not producing! Plus the gossip is just toxic! Staff and management very disingenuous!!!! They sell you on this “we are a team/family” from day one. They push their culture on you. It’s actually scary because you don’t know who to trust. I was put down ALOT! My boss was a know it all who didn’t know much, sadly. they waste so much time doing interactive rather than working, it’s ridiculous.
