-Ownership over your role -Work with incredible people -Learn a lot about finance industry & capital markets, can open doors for you later in your career -Research products are a must have for investors, definitely the top firm in the space

Cons

-Extremely political (used to not be this way) -Managers have very different styles & can affect your experience at the company -Management either jumps the gun on rolling out new processes / products (with minimal forethought) or moves too slowly relative to competitors -Extremely poor handling of employee departures (resignations, PIPs, & layoffs)

Two areas of improvement - The current OKRs system/goal is too short-term focuses, end up with different teams working in silos and broken processes Not enough qualified/good managers, in general, people at the company are great, just not everyone is ready to become a manager, especially some people are put in the role to manage cross-functional teams
