1. Everyone is welcoming. You never feel like an outsider and they make sure your opinions are heard 2. Very transparent 3. Great pay and perks

None really. If you have any issues, you can either directly talk to your manager or reach out to people ops. They're very helpful.

Pros

Training is 8+ weeks - they give you time to learn the foundational skills in order for you to succeed. A truly supportive environment with an emphasis on individual growth! (People with no Python or SQL experience can come in and up-skill) Pay is good for NYC and great for remote work. Fast growing company so bonuses are strong as well.

Cons

Not really any - only thing is that growth is so rapid it can be hard to build community as teams are constantly changing

- Extremely smart, friendly coworkers - Incredible culture and very thorough onboarding process even during Covid - No micromanagement, full ownership over your work, makes you want to perform well to not let your coworkers down, but always people available to help with any questions or problems - Awesome perks, benefits, and great salary - Incredible place to learn about the finance world and alternative data space - Transparency, everyone knows exactly what is going on and is on the same page, from the C-Suite to new hires
