There are many pros of working at YipitData but something that really sticks out is leadership and culture. They are transparent and truly care about employees and clients. Our culture holds everyone accountable for their impact and you work alongside many talented people. Work life balance is manageable and there is the opportunity to grow/develop professionally.

Cons

Like every company that has rapid growth, change comes. But truly, the ability to scale and acknowledge the market has made my experience here great.

Everyone I've met at YipitData has been supportive and the company offers great comp and growth opportunities.

Cons

Can't think of anything that has been negative. Interview process is long but it gives you the opportunity to really understand the position and the company.

Access to industry's top tools and methods for managing data. Continual exposure to cutting edge technology. Encouragement to learn on the job. Open communication from my manager in terms of organizational changes and positive and negative feedback on my work. Great teammates who are willing to help and share what they do. Friendly colleagues who are willing to meet with me as a new employee and get to know me. High growth company with a lot in store for the future.

Cons

High growth leads to quick changes. Getting from current state to new state, and implementing changes creates a lag where there are two existing states. Change is hard, but this is just normal start-up stuff.
