      Pros

      Since I first heard about a job opportunity here and have been very excited joining this company st a time with so much potential growth. Also since I started, I've been consistently impressed with the company culture, they don't just talk the talk, they walk the walk. It's engrained in nearly every aspect within the organization. The CEO is also very good at creating a feeling of being 'one team' and all working towards the same vision and goals. He's seriously bought in to the culture and employees and genuinely wants everyone to succeed.

      Cons

      Nothing that's unmanageable or unexpected, but natural growing pains and quick pivots.

      Tons of things to learn Everybody is welcoming and willing to help They expect you to go beyond great

      So far no, have to name one is the training schedule is a bit unorganized (first time by local office + HQ) But they took it very seriously and even now they arranged another session to help us.
