Pros

Intimate company even though it's "corporate" Every persons' input is valued Great communication from top down Fun work environment Great training Rapidly expanding Genuine people trying to change other peoples' lives for the better

Cons

Due tot rapid growth there is a lot of change, I personally do not see this as a negative. Some people are not equipped to deal with rapid change so I want to give fair warning

Pros

I adore the people I work with - super smart and creative. I love that this is a company not afraid to try new things and listen to new ideas. Being a yoga company and centered on health and well being, they do an amazing job at making me feel appreciated, valued and cared for.

Cons

Growing quickly comes with its hiccups It is incredibly rewarding - but does come with some challenges and the need for more time in the week. While a flexible work week schedule might be viewed as a pro, it can mean working some long days or weeks.

Pros

When people ask me why I love working for Yoga Six, one of the first things I always say is, "This company exhibits integrity at every level- from the top down." In addition to having a passion for changing lives through results driven yoga, the Yoga Six corporate team leads by example when it comes to being open to feedback and accountable for their actions. Most conversations are productive and solutions focused. There is a heavy investment of time and funds into Team Member Development to ensure every new hire is set up for success, and mistakes are accepted as part of the learning process. The company culture is truly one of living yoga "off-the-mat" and I am honored to be surrounded by a team with incredible drive and work ethic to make BIG things happen as we expand. Innovation, taking initiative, commitment, and getting results are rewarded.

Cons

Everyone is passionate and personally invested in the successful execution of our aggressive growth plans. This level of passion can lead to a bit of reactivity and taking feedback personally. Micromanagement is a no-go here (which is NOT a con at all!). I say this to forewarn anybody who likes a work environment that is task oriented with a lot of schedule structure.
