Pros

Incredible & dedicated team of coworkers. Always the chance to grow and learn. Our actual product/service/programming is incredible and changes lives. Finally have a clear direction & focus outlined that we can get behind. Ambitious goals, but support and structure in place to achieve them. Team members are supported in their professional growth and in personal challenges. Can be proud to work here.

Cons

Everyone works really hard - partly due to us being a newer organization with big goals, and partly because everyone is incredibly dedicated to bringing our service to as many people as possible. Fast paced environment, that will probably never slow down. Important to set up boundaries.

Pros

Yoga Six is at the cutting edge of yoga, fitness, training employees, benefits, and so much more. They really care about their team and do everything they can to express that whether it be in benefits, training, fun events, coaching, gifts, and more. I really feel part of a family!

Cons

It's a start up, for all intents and purposes and it's an all-hands-on-deck job. Not really a con, but you need to know that you're building something very exciting and that takes a lot of energy.
