      Pros

      The salary was nice and benefits were good. Most of the rank and file employees were good people placed in a crummy situation.

      Cons

      There are just too many to list. In short it is a toxic workplace environment, there is a tremendous amount of managerial hubris and their plans for executing programs are desultory at best. Some of the senior leadership have a definite chip on their shoulder and it makes working there impossible. You are better off looking elsewhere for employment.

      Employees——the hired staff have done an excellent job supporting Customer programs.

      Cons

      Incompetent management team——-Management disregards employee inputs and concerns. Employees are not valued and in certain cases abused (mentally and verbally).

      Pros

      Most of the coworkers are great to work with and are pretty bright. The programs are exciting. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible and at times disrespectful. For a company so small, it is unbelievable the amount of politics there is. Employees cannot share feedback or concerns as they will be suppressed. There is so much work and not enough employees to execute, but the management/leadership team continues to grow. Work life balance is non existent with this approach. Rules are established by management and are followed by management whenever it is convenient. Some of the rules are absolutely ridiculous such as employees not being able to go through the front door when showing up to work.
