      Good place to gain skills, work on some cool projects, and meet some cool people.

      Cons

      Are you tired of feeling appreciated at work? Wish you had less time off and more confusion in your life? Well, do we have the place for you! Hate having too much paternity leave? Perfect. Love lack of direction from upper management? Even better. And equity after years of hard work? Yeah… not here. So come on down and getchu some! Where communication is optional, recognition is rare, and disappointment is always in stock! (But you won’t get any)

      Health insurance is paid by company. Free snacks

      Awful management, termination with no warning. Over 400 people have come and gone in the last 5 years, that is a lot for a company York's size. Questions go unanswered by incompetent managers. DO NOT GO TO WORK HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Company needs to be investigated for illegal employment practices. No diversity in workforce.
