      Great people in Denver undermined by toxic, unethical leadership

      Health benefits, for now, are good At the worker level, smart people who want to do good Several M&As will probably keep business flowing for some time Denver is a great place

      Cons

      Toxic and narcissistic senior leadership who have ZERO integrity Very high turnover rate Inexperienced personnel in many key positions Business very heavily dependent on the Space Development Agency Pay and benefits eroding; IPO did not result in equity for general employees which is unheard of (in a bad way) Poor quality system solutions; both hardware and software

      Good place to gain skills, work on some cool projects, and meet some cool people.

      Cons

      Are you tired of feeling appreciated at work? Wish you had less time off and more confusion in your life? Well, do we have the place for you! Hate having too much paternity leave? Perfect. Love lack of direction from upper management? Even better. And equity after years of hard work? Yeah… not here. So come on down and getchu some! Where communication is optional, recognition is rare, and disappointment is always in stock! (But you won’t get any)
