Lack of diversity - the company itself is overwhelmingly homogenous Lack of care for employees' wellbeing - constantly being overworked and then gaslit about it. Lack of care for the product and customers until it comes to churn threats Lack of centralized knowledge - There is no enablement whatsoever and the existing knowledgebase has not been updated for years.

From VP level up to the most Senior leadership I have never experienced more atrocious leadership in my life. What they tell employees and the face they put on to the outside is merely a cover up for their ill intentions to run the organization like a bunch of commodities. When speaking with their management team they make it clear it is merely about the bottom line and all their DEI, Culture initiatives, Community givebacks are openly spoken about, behind close doors as nothing more than for show. The Senior leadership exhibits moral cowardice on a scale that is un matched in predominantly moral cowardice world.
