      Pros

      Best co-workers and it's easy to get the job. But before you commit, reflect on why this company is always hiring. It is not the rapid "growth" of the company that causes the hiring, but rather the rapid turn over/firing of employees.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. I read many other reviews with the same political comments. My advice is play your cards right to get in with management. But do prepare to sacrifice your integrity to poor and manipulative management who will throw you under the bus behind your back with no second thought.

      In 2017, Yotpo went through a transformation with our upmarket strategy. The quick pivot has presented our org with new challenges in addition to new opportunities. We recognize that there were positive and negative aspects of the shift, but these were the risks we needed to take as an organization in this stage of growth. We would never purposefully disregard or disadvantage any of our employees.

      -I made some great friends here

      Cons

      - Quota attainment is extremely low (they will lie to you during the interview process). Numerous months will have 2 or 3 reps out of 15-20 hitting goal -The least professional environment I have ever seen. The entire office is constantly gossiping - Upper management is very deceiving. You will never get a straight answer from them and they will lie to your face. - Favoritism across the entire sales team. They will punish some people severely and turn a blind eye to others for the same offense (and then lie about it). -Product lacks value for the price-point. You will be selling a $10-15K/yr solution against a competitor that does the same thing for $50/month. I could go on and on about the toxic culture here that comes from the top down. I would guess less than 25% of the sales team is happy to be there right now. If you are considering joining Yotpo I recommend you look at how many people found the review helpful as well as the date they were posted. It is not a strong reflection the last 6-12 months.

      Pros

      Filter these reviews by the rating and you’ll quickly realize that the negative reviews receive between 5-25 “likes” whereas the positive reviews receive none. That speaks volumes about this company.

      Cons

      Culture of fear. Management readily uses threats and scare tactics.
