      A great home-work distribution (you don't get to stay late for no reason..) great coworkers. great leaders.

      Pros

      Hands down the best company I've worked for. The product is excellent and the people are great: smart, hard-working, kind -- a lot of effort is put into hiring people who are talented but also a good cultural fit. Plenty of room for advancement and lots of encouragement to do so. Leadership is amazing -- they're the smartest people in the room and also the hardest workers. They also truly care about each employee's happiness, job satisfaction, etc. Company is very transparent with regular updates from the top.
