Empowering company with outstanding culture

Pros

Growing company with great opportunities to grow professionally within, and find your niche. The culture & atmosphere is great with small teams yet working and interacting with the entire company on both work and personal levels. Team fun days, Yotpo Eats - bi-monthly gourmet food cooked by chefs at the office, company gatherings at the roof top, friendly and approachable founders, strong leadership structure, and much more, all making it the start-up in Tel-Aviv to be a part of.

Cons

None. Seriously. Perks for entry level staff could be better, but then again, the rest of the benefits are more than making up for it.

Pros

Amazing culture of smart and "get things done" kind of people, but at the same time very nice to each other. Unique very very energized atmosphere, where pace is high and results are following. And above all, amazing amazing product and huge market opportunity.

Cons

At the last year there were some few business ideas and at times we felt slightly trying to swallow too much. I think that now (end of 2014), company and management is much much more focused.

Pros

First of all are the relations between employes to employees. Every day I come to work, I know that people around me are friends and not only people I work with. Somehow you managed to create Yotpo Family and it still saved, even after we new people join us. Second, but not less important, is taking care of people who work here. I don't think that anyone asked for something and didn't get it ( I'm not talking about private plane :) )

Cons

You have to be open for new data. Every day you learn, create, hear about new things that company gonna challenge. The most important thing is to understand that you are a big part of those challenges and many times the results depends on something you'll have to do. So be the best is not enough, we need take every chance to improve our professional skills and the best part is that we have all the options to make it happen.
