I know it sounds strange but actually nothing!

Detrimental lack of transparency between Executives and middle management, middle management and their teams and between department to department. Massive turnover rate in the New York office in the last 6 months… all of the other reviews I have seen on here for the New York office cannot be legitimate employees because no one started in the U.S. until 2015. Uncomfortable work environment where people are afraid to ask questions and constructive criticism for management is asked for, but then completely disregarded and taken personally… it's been like 'walking on eggshells' for everyone on the team at one point or another. It is an environment of fear and discouragement. Micro management is the law of the land; the people in charge have no real people management experience - and it shows. Hard work and overachievement is not rewarded, as this company does not promote from within. In addition to a lack of upward mobility, compensation is left to the discretion of the employer from month to month making it difficult for anyone in a sales role to accurately predict their earnings for the year.
