Great training process and intake process Great camaraderie between coworkers Creative freedom and transparency

Cons

- The amount of work/expectation on each individual causes severe burn out and a high turnover rate. Many times you will work more hours than you're paid for. - The pay. If you dont raise enough money, you dont get paid in full. Also bc its a non profit, getting paid more takes years oof pulling teeth and proving ourself and even then you wont be able to support our family.
