Pros

Good benefits Some genuine people that were awesome to work alongside

Cons

Unending turnover Nepotism at its finest More concerned with the YL brand, than the core of the mission Lost focus from the original heart of the ministry, to a corporate focus

Pros

Overall, most are very wonderful people to work with. The health benefits are second to none!

Cons

It is still very much a good 'ol boys club. It is hard as a woman to feel respected, invested in or promoted. Very little consistency in job posting vs. appointments. Certain positions are not even posted and favorite individuals (usually white men) are placed into those positions without a process. Other positions "have to be posted" and fought for.
