Pros

Community is huge for property staff. I was lucky enough to have a very solid community at the property I was a part of. People are really there in order to see a change in high schoolers lives. No one is in it for the pay.

Cons

Can be very political. Some camping properties have management in place that lacks professionalism or management skills. Overall, upper management seems to be out of touch with what the mission is doing. Compensation is minimal.

Pros

Great community and environment. Awesome values and a great organization to be a part of. Wouldn't recommend anything higher.

Cons

Very time consuming, but if you are supposed to be doing this, that shouldn't be a problem!
