Pros

This was truly the most fascinating, most difficult, most inspiring, most worthy employment experience of my life to date. There is little in this world that is more important than working with the generation that is coming in behind us. Teens have a right to know about Jesus and how much He loves all of us!

Cons

The downsides would be minimal from my perspective. The position of Area Director held significant flexibility and autonomy which is good for many and yet very hard for others. Being a self-starter and the fundraiser for expenses and for your own salary is challenging at times.

Pros

Great people and organization to work for. Highly recommend it, they set you up well to work in ministry and with kids.

Cons

Low pay and low structure. Easy to get lost if you don't have entrepreneurial spirit. No balance between your work life and personal life.
