Provide great case manager experience

Cons

Supervisors do not act as supervisors. People don't really know what they are doing. Provide no training and it is needed. Not fair at times. Too much gossiping. Most definitely too much competition and not enough cases being worked.

10-13 hrs a month to split between sick and vacation. Pay rate does not compensate for the amount of abuse and work that is expected to be accomplished. Hiring of family members by supervisors and management is rampant. Only compensation for work achieved are casual jean days. No bonus options, raises are sub-par and supervisors need management training. When in the interview they fail to tell you that you are actually just a debt collector.

No micro managing, quality training. Always kept us up to date with changes in laws, job openings etc. family friendly and great benifits

Cons

When it came to advancements in the the company they went more with favorites than experience and knowledge this was towards the end year. Lots of changes were made and they became more micro managing unfortunately. Pay is very good. Instead of letting the Supervisor of the office approve days off the decided to make everyone go thru one person in a major location in the State. Someone who has never seen or met you. Evaluations were ridiculous about 15 pages long
