      Pros

      People here love their job and really care about who they work with. YES has awesome parties in the summer and at Christmas with awesome gifts! The managers a energetic and have grown the company very quickly in the last few years. We have a work-hard/play-hard attitude. Customer service is our highest priority. Working at YES really feels like working with friends! 100% premium paid health/dental insurance for staff AND their dependents is a pretty cool perk! Weekly commissions help motivate us to hit our goals.

      Cons

      Our job at YES is to qualify and hire quality temporary employee for our clients but when we do our best to screen quality employees, sometimes those employees don't show up to work or walk off their temp job during lunch. It's frustrating to start from scratch. If someone is serious about finding work, we will help them find a great job but it's the people who tell you they need work and accept a job only to quit during their first week that make you scratch your head...
