      Pros

      Fun, friendly environment. The staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and the opportunities and challenges presented to them. This company believes in providing for those who work hard and earn their place. They are very generous, but don't give hand outs to just anyone, it must be earned. Definitely a 'work hard, play harder' environment.

      Cons

      Compensation is competitive, however it's a small company so it will not be the one with the best initial offer if you're interested in only a dollar figure.

      They really listen to you and care about you as a person.

      Cons

      It's hard to remember that it is a temp service. You won't get the same benefits as you would working full time for a permanent company.
