Pros

There was a great coworker environment and amazing support from higher ups.

Cons

Would have to do same trainings as social workers despite not having to work directly with families. They weren’t necessarily bad, just some time consuming.

Pros

Management is wonderful. They’re all really kind people. The kids are also a big benefit - it’s great getting to know them.

Cons

Lots of driving and it’s hard to get enough hours.
