So many cons out way the pros… Get ready to jump into a job where you are thrown in without training. Yes.. They train but training does not have any relevance to your actual job. When you ask your supervisors a question you will receive an open ended question back with no answer. Paperwork during the school year out ways everything else. During the summer you will be a glamorized baby sitter. You will receive your hours by taking children to “activities” . The children will not show up and you won’t have a job for the entire day… Get ready to put wear and tear on your vehicle.. No mileage reimbursements for driving all over god’s green earth. Also, you have to use your own personal phone. So good luck ever having a day off or even enjoying your dinner with your family at the end of the night uninterrupted. You will never be able to turn work off and your personal life on. Group text messages will be the death of you. Constant turn over in this employment. After being there for a week you’ll be asked to answer questions for employees that just started. You will also invest in all your supplies with no reimbursements.
