Pros

Working with families and co-workers are great and a very rewarding job. Each office operates differently and is easy to get hired on.

Cons

Leadership stinks. It felt like an us vs. them when it came to upper management and the offices. Staff really aren’t taken care of and are disciplined for things they have no control over.

Pros

Work here if you are interested in working for a mission driven organization where you will have direct impact on your community

Cons

Can be emotionally taxing work and results in a poor work-life balance. The 24/7 on call status should be restructure so employees can have a break more frequently.

Pros

Rewarding work, you get to make a difference in a child's life.

Cons

Tons of unnecessary mandatory meetings that were gab fests, complete time wasters to fill time slots.
