Pros

Great to help kids. The people who work there and who you work under are all extremely caring and kind. I do think there would be room to advance, if you have the time and money. Unfortunately, i had some car issues (use your own here) , and needed more clients to make any money. I was not making enough money. Cost me more in gas then i was getting paid. I was only there for about 3 weeks though, and I'm sure it would have grown, but I didn't have the time to wait then. I think the company is doing their best to help the people they serve.

Cons

the pay is weird. It works out if your case load is big enough. Your hourly pay is higher depending on how many clients you work in the same time frame. You will put out money for the clients you work with, While you do get reimbursed, its not for all of it. so stay in budget.
