Pros

This is a great place for someone who is entering the social service field. Hours are extremely flexible and you make your own schedule for the most part. You are required to attend meetings usually every week and a half. Training's are valuable as a new employee and help you understand the client's you are serving. I have enjoyed working here and gaining experience with seasoned professionals. Leadership is hard working and committed to their mission. To reiterate this is a great place to build experience. It is also a great place if you have children and can use your spouse's benefits.

Cons

As stated I would recommend this to someone entering the field. I would strongly recommend receiving a licence before interviewing with them. Pay grades are significantly less. They do not provide benefits and rarely give raises to their employees. They have a very confusing pay structure and reimburse very low for travel time. You will learn this job on the fly. This job is a stepping stone for a new clinician into bigger and better opportunity.

Pros

Does a great service for children.

Cons

Practices here are sketchy at best.. I saw some very unethical practices by certain coordinators during my time there..
