Flexible scheduling was nice, got to set your own hours

Cons

No compensation for gas/miles traveled, had to drive all over the county, no benefits to speak of, can't live on your pay, this job cost me money

Flexibility in schedules, relationship building with other professionals

Cons

Lack of fairness and professionalism with leadership is poor, staff in not educated, those who work hard and have credentials are not appreciated, poor culture, backstabbing from colleagues, and little room to grow with company.
