Flexible scheduling was nice, got to set your own hours

Cons

No compensation for gas/miles traveled, had to drive all over the county, no benefits to speak of, can't live on your pay, this job cost me money

Pros

YAP inc. is invested in what they do and are passionate about focusing on the strengths of the individual and families that employees are servicing. The supervisors in the Allegheny office are supportive (but often a tad but scattered/overworked) and will go out of their way to provide supervision and time to answer any questions or concerns. It is a supportive, caring and authentic work environment. You can tell employees are these because they care.

Cons

The wasted drive time is a huge con. After almost 4 years of working here, I can say this and the inconsistent hours are the main reason I am seeking new employment. Masters level staff can expect to never see above part-time hours.
