Pros

Good company, great mission statement, great CEO. The work that is done really helps the kids, families, and communities they serve.

Cons

The issue is that there are no salary increases, no bonuses, and very little room for vertical growth within the company. Promotion opportunities do not seem to be objectively based upon merit, or aptitude. Program growth and expansion can be limited to the vision, and drive of each local leader. This also means less opportunities for advancement for others.
