Pros

The associates are very good, hardworking people. The company is part of a large global company giving it certainty to be there for a long time.

Cons

Management does not lead - no direction from the top. Upper management changes every couple of years and is very weak. There is no vision for the organization. Perhaps Tokyo should take over and stop hiring Americans out for their own resume enhancement.

Pros

Salary, benefits. There are a few good people but they usually get smart and leave.

Cons

Management is horrible and changes frequently. Management treats people horribly and do unethical things like hiring people with whom they have personal relationships even if they are not qualified for the job. They'll say one thing to your face but talk about you behind your back. Few opportunities to advance. They usually hire from outside instead of promoting from within.

Cons

poor upper management, failures to resolve internal issues. constant policy change. Upper management only concerned about them, no interaction with constant change not communicated. No work/life balance or concern about employee's.
