-Secure Income -Friendly People -Easy

Cons

-Bad Pay -Leveling up in the career takes around 5 years -Learning CargoWise (Once you know it, the work is very easy) -Endlessly verifying shipment #'s, measurements, etc. (mind numbing) -Most people look like they are dead inside (some are nice) -Micro Management by the floor manager (A lady takes laps around all the cubicles every 30 minutes, peers into your space to make sure you are working) -You need to write your in and out time on a whiteboard by your desk (like in elementary school) -Endless cubicles (as far as the eye can see) -there are few windows, and all the blinds are always closed -You are required to work on every holiday (including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve!!) ... (Working Christmas day was optional). -I was excited to start this job... when I left, I was mentally broken (genuinely became depressed) -Good luck with your decision

There really is none. Company culture is not the friendliest but you'll find a couple of good people that you can agree with, they don't want to be working for this company either.

Cons

Soulless work with micro managers. If you're an error free robot then this is the job for you. This company is top of bottom tier logistics. Awful practices with no real solutions. You'll be working double or triple and set-up to fail & you'll be blamed for it. Applying here is a waste of time. Don't do it.

Pros

I was lucky to work with the best team and world's most supportive boss who will go to battle for you. Company culture is awesome too. There are a lot of employees who stay for decades - which is a good sign. Exciting times with recent acquisition.

Cons

Not much support from outside our small team, despite company's demands of us. We are constantly battling against time, failed processes, systems held together with a band-aid, incompatible systems (there are other ERPs and systems out there that can better support the business). We spent more time fixing mistakes than doing actual analysis during month-end.
