Nepotism, favoritism, unethical practices, bullying, the list goes on..
Pros
The ONE thing I can honestly say was good, were the very few genuinely good human beings to work with.
Cons
This company is build on a mountain of lies stemming from its owners and leaders who also treat many, except their favorites, with absolutely abhorrent behavior that would make any lawyer quiver in their loafers. Needless to say, the culture of "radical candor" that the CEO rambled on about for years is one of many lies because if anyone dared to be honest, they'd certainly be punished for it. They allow senior leaders to harass and bully employees to the point of tears, and if complaints are made, those employees will be fired. The biggest bullies are the founders themselves. You are expected to bleed for this company. Work/life balance does not exist unless you're apart of a coveted group, hence the favoritism, and if you don't work to those standards, with some employees quite literally having ended up in hospitals, you will be fired. Understaffed teams are expected to do the impossible. Raises and promotions are given to those who threaten to quit or are favored. There are no real growth opportunities other than to take on insurmountable responsibilities and stresses with the expectations of zero complaints and complacency. This is perhaps the worst and most unprofessional company anyone could ever work for. The ratings have certainly been paid for by an outside company as most companies do. Don't be fooled by what you see here or on their social media posts. All does not appear as it seems.
