I really, really enjoy our team, it’s a living community with transparent and collaborative culture that constantly grows. The management is very transparent, good communication, regular dissemination of company plans, metrics, board decks. Learning and professional development opportunities, mentorship and on-job training, the amount of time that I was allowed to teach myself new skills, software, methods is impressive. There are many resources and great support from the company. I have also grown a lot in my self-leadership skills, decision making process, responding to changes and collaborating with team about requirements at each level of work progress.

Excellent company, from day one I’ve been very happy to shape a great role for myself here. I’ve personally seen our products make a difference to the performance of the company. It feels very fulfilling to see how in a short period of time we have changed how children are transported and customer experience is superior using our technology.
