Work life balance is better than I've had with any company 100% paid for health insurance Products in the pipeline are amazing/future looks bright Great downtown location Wins are celebrated

Startup environment tends to be challenging at times Growing pains are often the norm This company cares but it's difficult at times to express it in a way that resonates with everyone.

Pros

Location is maybe the only thing that keeps the employees. Some on the leadership team are reasonable.

Cons

Favoritism is rampant. Employees are not promoted based on competency, performance and experience. Rather, they are promoted and evaluated based on how well they can brown nose and how long they've known CEO or HR. If you're good at it, you can screw a title and take a paid leave from work for 1 month to go to South America. Of course you won't be laid off or need to apologize. Instead you will even get promoted upon your return.
