The CEO brings unbearable levels of stressand pressure into the workplace. Along with the upper management, they set unreasonable goals and targets for the employees. Most of the managers don't reallyhave any idea how to lead the workplace. They are terrible leaders and are mostly inexperienced. You should avoid this place.
