Great people and technology. Nice new offices. Company is becoming the 'go to' technology for large enterprises. Office has a very international feel with people from many different countries, cultures, backgrounds coming in and out. Customers love us and give us great marks for support.

Cons

Need to focus on a few key company-wide initiatives. Always too much to do, so need more focus.
