I've been with ZPE for several years. I've worked for teeny tiny startups all the way up to the biggest tech companies, and ZPE is my favorite. They're open and accommodating to helping you be as productive as possible (hybrid/remote work). The culture is collaborative and it's great to feel like you're part of a responsive team, where everyone is willing to help each other. The work you do is meaningful to internal teams and customers, and the management team regularly asks for your input on anything you could help with. It's a great place to grow your skills and if you're up for the challenge they'll help you take on additional responsibilities. A+ employer all the way!
