Profitable industry. Pay Ok. Company is trying to hire people. Company is growing. Opportunities are there, but could be limited for non Asian people.

Cons

Management treats their employees very poorly. Vacation policy is bad and often times, they will not approve your request. HR team is a joke and takes all direction from management. No communication or business overview from management.

- Great for your next employer, not many other ways to get cheap & yet actual talents then former ZT employees. - A truckload of PHDs, masters degrees and experienced professionals working at least 9 hours a day to guarantee survival among the toughest competition in this economic turmoil.

Cons

- Brutal management Too many and most can't CAD can't code can't use any software other than email ! Talents are used as an insurance for their bonuses - Tough HR Spys on their own employees

Company is making lt of money. Business outlook is good. There are profts in this business

Cons

Very poor management. Management gets all the benefit. The management behaves like first food store manager and treats employees like hourly employee in a first food chain. HR will also lure you and not tell you the whole story. Keep everything in writing. Understand your role very clearly by talking as much as possible. Don't assume anything and expect the worse
