I agree with the previous review. The whole company works on the concept of Managers doing "Favors" for each other. This is a terrible concept because many managers in this company have low integrity. Imagine decisions being made not based on the benefits of the company but are based on the benefits of the decision maker. The retention rates are low in certain categories in this company, and the president really needs not to be blindfolded and see into the truth as to why this happens.

Don't like to hire experience professionals, b/c they cost more and have opinions on how things should be done. Depends on who you work under, some managers are hysterical. management tried to keep an image of fair, just, and self promoting, but don't be fooled. image is image, things are being handle differently in the back. the company plays heavily on favors, thus creates a lot of double standards. management love tattletale, and departments are provoke to go at each other at times so secrets can be let out. eyes and ears are everywhere in the company, be careful of what you say. there is OT paid, but OT is generally frowned on. will terminate your employment if you bad mouth about the company pays are low, annual raise only apply to some (the favored ones)
