workload is crazy and everything is needed to be done quickly as if a person could do three things at one time. company didn't hold any special company events so co-workers could talk and get to know each other better. A lot of people speak Chinese to each other making the non-Chinese speakers feel left out. It was very hard to understand emails due to grammar being horrible. The place gives out a depressing vibe. No room for growth...seems like they don't really promote within.

i believe all the reviews on here are true. i didnt believe them until i startrd working there. the workload is crazy..one person does three jobs at the same time. Managers love to delay and wont give update on things that needed to be updated...you have to chase n chase and chase around to get your stuff done... even though CEO Frank said to only speak English people including managers still love and prefer chinese...thats another reason why their accents are terrible... it is a higlhighly stressful working environment.There are not such thing for growth in the company.. Managers are highly unprofessional and treat lower level like crap... if you r lucky you will have some manager that can treay you with respect. I wish Frank knows what is really happenning within n behind the scenes of Zt and how unprofessiobal these managers are...
