The lies and broken promises: - During the hiring process, the recruiter will promise you many things that never come true. The most egregious lie you will be told is that after 6 months of being on a contract, you will be upgraded to a full time ZT Systems employee. This is flat out false and the real timeframe for being upgraded is usually about or over a year at the company. They will exploit your contract and indefinitely extend it, only to throw you away for a false reason when they see you're not giving in to their attempts to make you quit. Low pay and strict policies, and hostility, and leadership that doesn't lead: - You will get paid way below the average of other similar positions, but at least you'll have a fun, supportive, and stress-free environment to make up for it, right? Wrong. Every department and shift looks down on the other, creating hostility and a lack of teamwork. Leadership fails to give support to their employees and their only purpose is to be the mouthpiece of upper management's complaints and policies. Already strict policies continue to get stricter every month or two, and the company never gives anything back as compensation for what they've taken away.

Mid-upper lvl management is incopetent, aggresive and full of themselves, often hired trough friends with no knowledge of ZT's bussiness. Leads to nonsensical expectations at times Moving up is impossible without sucking up to them, if they don't like how you look you're pretty much blacklisted, no matter your accomplishments or work ethic. Only people allowed to move up are incompetent yes-men, since they won't ever disagree with any ideas that ruin productivity and morale only for the sake of changing something. Trough the years saw multiple people get denied their PROMISED promotions with no reason given, except they often have good relations with employees openly disliked by upper mgmt, or they wanted to improve the processes we have in place(Yes, that's a bad thing) Recruitment is a joke worldwide
