Pros

While being there I learn how to inspect an item and saying it's good or not. learning how to properly inform another warehouse that their item is qualified to be process or not. Getting al license for an electric power jack. And how to function while with team with communication and understanding. But ultimately you gain more skills and knowledge within the ZT Systems.

Cons

Mainly it's the pay because it seems unfair to check each of these items and receiving nothing more than just a buck.
