I've been with Zaius for a little over a year, and have had a great experience so far. The culture/environment is awesome, and management truly cares about all the employees. We're changing the MarTech landscape, and you wont find any egos here. Everyone is willing to help you out when you need it - and there are plenty of opportunities for cross-functional/cross-department projects. Upper management is extremely transparent and accessible, which is a huge plus. You feel like your voice is heard, and they give you the autonomy to make your own decisions to push things forward.
