I was at Zaius very early on and it was great. I was promoted multiple times and made a lot of money. Things started changing in early 2019 for the worse. What was once a thriving company that prided itself on its' fun culture, amazing leadership, great results, and transparency is now the complete opposite. When I left it was a toxic place to be. They had what I call "engineered culture" where they take fun pictures, promise cool things, and appear in articles talking about how great it is when their own employees feel the exact opposite. Do not let them fool you by saying the culture is great. Any of the amazing leadership that was there before has either left or shown themselves to be incompetent as the company has grown. They haven't come close to hitting their company revenue numbers for a long time. The only way they close deals is by giving it for free/ lying about the product's capabilities which ends up in the customer churning before they pay which will get clawed back from the sales rep. Lastly, the transparency that once existed when things were going well had turned into shady, closed-door meetings when things started going downhill.
