      Pros

      Coworkers, work/life balance is good. Not much else. Claim to strive to be entrepreneurial but miss the mark. Great set of assets that companies want and need. Time for new CEO and new direction.

      Cons

      Turning into Level3 culture, layoffs and cost cutting to profitability. Non competitive salaries with too much compensation tied to RSU’s which would be great if there was upside. Zero transparency around targets, commissions and results for sales. CEO micro manages all aspects of company which is troubling. Way too much recent turnover. Company is crumbling from within.

      Pros

      Can work from home, or bearly work, because your manager is likely in another state and even management has zero motivation or care... Individual accomplishments are not seen as their "RAD" review process is a joke and is useless. Seems like this was put in place because they knew a true review would show incompetencies everywhere. Everything they tout as a strength in reality is a major weakness and is destroying the company.

      Cons

      It feels like the company is falling apart. People are moved around into positions they are not qualified for. Tons of unstoppable employee and customer churn. There is an excessive amount of Directors, pretty much all undeserving of their title. Raises and promotions are extremely rare unless you are buddies with the right people or in the right cliques. Feels like high school, bunch of kids running things...
