Pros

Work from home option is the only pro in this company

Cons

No career growth, no salary raise, no promotion, too much involved in making and changing processes which is taking zayo away from success, too much time spent in chatter posts to clarify on behalf of management to the stakeholders. In short, if you want to see yourself growing in your career and not get involved in non sense processes thats always changing, then find another job to work. And you need to have lot of patience to deal with the management.

Decent Company

Pros

- An impressive and industry leading/competing 401k plan matching an outstanding amount of 2% of employee contributions. (Bet your current company can't beat that) - As of 2017 employees no longer have the option or ability to work from home so you will not get distracted from your work. - Half of your total compensation will depend on the company's performance. Given our recent stock price struggles and sell of the company these are guaranteed to be very good (minimum 10% payouts guaranteed by me). - PTO maxes out at 15 days/year, does not accrue, and is not paid out in any way upon termination/retirement/etc so you know other members on your team will not abuse the PTO system. - CEO's recent decision to split the company into 2 separate public companies was ground breaking and nothing short of a spectacular display of intelligence. Never mind that it drove our stock price into the ground and ultimately forced him to sell the company he built from the ground up, it was a cool move, and really fun.

Cons

Can't think of many.

Unstable At Best

Pros

Somewhat of a flexible work schedule, ocassional work from home if needed.

Cons

Very unstable. Management changes to often. Direction of company changes everyother day. Consolidating employees into hubs (Colorado, Oklahoma) which has created an influx of brand new employees with very limited experience. This creates a dominoe effect with the overall quality of service delivered. Not to mention those that are left, cleaning up the messes. Not very confident in my position that it will be viable in the coming months. Pay is not industry competitive.
