Great network but the CEO is the issue

Pros

- Great network to sell. - Some great people are with the company. However, I am not sure if they are being forced to move or not.

Cons

- The company cannot pay the sales people the right way and "ethical" way. What happened to "if you sell A, your commission is A x B%"? - Company has no culture. It's all about Dan. The executives cannot voice their opinions either. Too many "yes" people with no filters. Did I mention all people who had the courage to voice their opinions already left the company?
