Pros
Zayo lends itself as an excellent stepping stone for young professionals looking to gain experience, however see below for the risks you face if you stay longer than 1.5 years
Cons
Zayo will reward your experience with more work and no pay increase. Your days will soon become so hectic, that you are fearful to eat your lunch anywhere beside your desk, or not check your email first thing saturday and sunday morning, afternoon, and night. You will be persuaded to stay with more RSU's that will be left on the table when you inevitably quit this hectic work environment. Do not take the bait. Working weekends is expected and not thought of as going the extra mile. What was once an entrepreneurial work environment with large success has shifted to what is now known as Level 3 - 2.0. 50 hour weeks turn to 60 which turn to 70 which turn to 80, and if you agree to the work, it will soon be expected as the norm with no "thank you" or, like a normal company, a pay increase. Zayo will chew you up and spit you out, avoid working here at all costs. If I could rate the C&B section below negative, I would, it is truly pathetic.
