Pros

Have a great mentoring program with the top salespeople. Didn't know a thing about cars or selling and now I am confident in both! The money is limitless meaning it's a full commission job. Lots of fun employees to work with.

Cons

It's a full commission job. Some weeks there is not much opportunity to sell because there are no customers to talk to, but that is the nature of the business. You will be working every Saturday.

State of the art facilities, world class culture and strong company values. The Auto-Group is heavely involved in their communities as well as multiple charities. If your looking for a company to grow with and that will invest in you than this is definitely the place to be.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons.

Pros

Growing company that has an extensive development program. I have been promoted 3 times since I started with the company 4 years ago. Even though it is a large company it has a "family feel" to the organization. They also have very aggressive pay plans that reward performance. The have a really good culture and seek input from all employees.

Cons

I really can't think of anything other than they have a high level of performance and are a competitive company.
